RhiNote
This application has been developed to record the information of septorhinoplasty operations. It is used to illustrate the surgical steps, write the surgical notes, and save the recorded data for statistical analysis.
This app does not diagnose or treat any diseases. This app does not measure any body parameters, does not diagnose any disease, and does not provide treatment recommendations for any disease. Please consult a doctor for diagnosis and treatment of any health conditions.

How Does the RhiNote Application Work?
1. All procedures performed during the septorhinoplasty operation are entered in a step-by-step manner using RhiNote.
2. Surgical notes are created according to the entered data.
3. Illustrations of the surgical steps are also created according to the entered data.
4. The obtained surgical notes and illustrations are sent to the user’s e-mail address.
5. All the recorded data are saved for statistical analysis.

Features of the RhiNote Application
User-friendly application menu
Fast data entry (only 5–7 minutes is required to enter all data of a patient)
Both surgical notes and surgical illustrations are obtained from the same entered data set.
The entered data are stored for later analysis. The user can access his or her data from the database in Excel format at any time.

Illustrations of the Surgical Steps
The illustrations created are patient-specific; a separate illustration set is obtained for each patient.
Patient-specific surgical illustrations provide quick recall of the procedures performed. Thus, the surgical notes do not need to be read at length.
These patient-specific illustrations can be used for scientific purposes (e.g., presentations at meetings and congress gatherings; preparations of scientific articles). Individual use of the illustrations for scientific purposes is not subject to copyright.
